Order

Order online using the shopping cart. Review the item(s), choose the shipping and payment method, make any necessary changes and complete the ordering process. All store pages display a real-time availability of each item so you can easily see what’s available or not. Each order request is confirmed and processed as soon as possible.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT. You can also shop in USD, JPY and GBP. Payment can be done using PayPal.com or Bank-to-Bank wire transfer.

Delivery

Delivery is charged in addition. Parcels are dispatched by priority air mail or express only. Air mail takes 2-5 days within Europe, 1-2 weeks worldwide; express 1-2 days. Time scales/dates are estimates only of course.

Full insurance is included, full track&trace service is available for most countries, always within Germany. Heavy parcels with multiple items may cost more (worldwide only). Actual shipping rate is determined during the checkout process and the shipping fee is displayed before you confirm an order.

Delivery can be delayed if an order is stopped by local customs. Parcels sent by Express may be subject to customs brokerage fees (does not apply for exports to USA). The importer is responsible for all customs brokerage fees, including duties and taxes. Shipments within European Community are no subject to any duty and taxes.

Returns

Simple "Right of Return" policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, tell us within 14 days and send it back to us for a full refund of the purchase price. It´s recommended to use the same packaging and courier/shipping method. When we receive the returned item/s we will then refund your full purchase amount.

Warranty

Each camera is covered by 90-day parts and labour warranty. Should anything go wrong, return it and we’ll fix or replace it free of charge. Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are obviously not covered by this offer.

ED-209

This is the technical term for our chip modification, enables you to get rid of the light meter batteries on all universal type Nizo cameras. The original circuit board is not affected and the button cell chamber is replaced. Camera operates just like the Nizo Professional and the light meter is powered with constant 2.7V then. The button cell chamber can be easily reinstalled again.
